Forum Restored

Not all posts were restored since they were issues which had been dealt with anyway. The old forum got hacked, probably because it wasa blend of phpBB and Integramod and my blending the two opened up a hole somewhere. The new forum is sticking with a stock version of phpBB so that updates can occur more easily and without data loss in case of issues.
