I tried to login using domain/store/admin but cannot, since no users have been setup.

How do you setup the initial admin user name and password?

Or is there a default user name and password setup already?

I have successfully installed autoload and connected it to the database, however, when I try to login to the CPanel I keep getting redirected back to the login page. No error messages at all.

I am running Apache2 on Ubuntu 11.10 using the latest download.
